Tierra Data Rescue does not share customer information with any other company or organisation. Email addresses are used only to contact customers regarding their ongoing data recovery, with the exception of requests by Tierra Data Rescue for customer testimonials. In addition IT providers may be advised of price changes by email. Additional personal contact information supplied by customers is used only to ship data and equipment to customers on completion of analysis and or recovery. Payment details are destroyed once payment is complete. Should Tierra Data Rescue change the above policy, any changes will appear on the Tierra Data Rescue website.
