Promises
We promise to:
- Treat your lost data as if it was our own
- Respect your privacy and never share your details without your permission
- Securely wipe all our copies of your data within 7 days
- Keep our prices fair and transparent
- Only take payments when you approve (we don't store card details)
- Deal with all work in-house unless you ask us to do otherwise
- Keep you updated on the progress of your rescue
Data loss is emotional. Here are some promises customers have made (which we did not push!) or been given. All of these resulted in successful data recovery and the customers were able to move on. We have hundreds of examples like these.
"If you get my data back, I'll be your best friend for life" (successful)
"If you rescue my files, I'll do cartwheels across the front room" (successful)
"My whole life is on that drive, I'll pay you anything you like" (standard price charged)
"If you don't get this data back, my boss will sack me" (data rescued, no job-loss)
"These videos are irreplaceable, money is no object" (standard price charged)
"I'll do anything for these - there are pictures of my wife before she died" (all pictures rescued)
"My wife will divorce me if we've lost her work AND the baby photos" (marriage saved)
"University says they will fail me if I can't submit this lost thesis" (student graduated)
"This drive contained my business and my son's business. The tax people will fine us if we can't supply the data." (fine avoided)
"Among the 6,000 pictures lost were a folder related to a court case. It's the only evidence we have to protect ourselves" (defence held up in court using the rescued photographs)
"The lost presentation is needed for a seminar tomorrow - I will be humiliated if I admit I lost everyone's contribution" (bank director's loss of face averted)
"Our customer's support system is down because of this crashed disk. We stand to lose a multi-million pound contract if we can't restore this by Monday morning" (system restored before Sunday afternoon crisis meeting, contract retained)
