Confidentiality

Tierra Data Rescue understands the importance of confidentiality to all its customers. For customers with media containing particularly sensitive information Tierra Data Rescue can provide non-disclosure agreements and proof of secure disposal of data.

All customer data is securely deposed of seven days after it has been supplied to the customer (unless agreed otherwise). Customer payment details are not kept by Tierra Data Rescue but securely destroyed after payment has been completed.
